1. Service Agreement

By booking our services, you agree to these terms...

A 25% deposit is required to initiate any project. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. Remaining balance is due on the service day.

Clients may modify appointments for a $10 rescheduling fee. Cancellations result in forfeiture of the 25% deposit.

Clients must provide safe access to property and disclose hazards. Pets should be secured.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
